The Softline Group was established in 1983 and has shown sustained growth, developing into a well-known service provider in the information and communications technology (ICT) market. The Group’s parent company, Softline AG, has been listed on the stock exchange since 2000 and is responsible for coordinating the management of the subsidiaries – in the individual countries and in specialised IT sectors. Now Softline AG is looking even stronger, and is on a growth course due to the establishment of international subsidiaries focusing on IT consulting, IT support and software asset management.
