Our customer from the heating and hot water sector was unsatisfied with his previous tool and the SAM service partner he was working with. Thanks to our years of expertise in the SAM environment, we were entrusted with advising him on the selection of a new, suitable SAM technology. Since the successful implementation of the tool, we have also been actively supporting our customer with our SAMmanaged service.
