Dennis Montanje // Management Board
Dennis Montanje has been a member of the Executive Board of Softline AG since March 2023, having been appointed Executive Vice President on Dec. 1, 2022. Previously, he held the position of Vice President IT Asset Management, responsible for the development and implementation of the global ITAM strategy in the 60 countries of the Softline Group. As Managing Director Northern Europe for Softline Solutions Netherlands B.V., Softline Solutions N.V. and Softline Solutions Ltd., he has also been responsible for the strategic development of the regions and their day-to-day business - including product development, sales, marketing, HR, finance and partnerships - together with the regional management team for many years.

Holger Maul // Management Board
Holger Maul is a proven expert in the field of IT Service Management and brings with him more than 25 years of management experience. Among other things, he worked at Matrix42 AG in Frankfurt am Main between 1992 and 2009, first as founder and technical director and later as CEO. From 2019 to 2021, Holger worked at DeskCenter GmbH as COO and later as CEO, and until most recently at inventicdsDx GmbH as Chief Information Officer (CIO). In addition to his role as COO, as part of which he is responsible for the entire consulting division, he has also assumed the role of CEO since March 2023.

Prof. Dr. Knut Löschke // Chair of the Supervisory Board
In 1969 the native citizen of Leipzig enrolled on a degree course in Chemistry, Physics and Materials Science at Leipzig University, and graduated in 1973 as a qualified crystallographer. At the same university, in 1976 he obtained a doctorate, being awarded the title Dr. rer. nat. (~ PhD in natural sciences), and, in 1986, following supplementary studies in Novosibirsk and Moscow, the title of Dr. sc. nat. From 1986 to 1990 Knut Löschke was engaged as a research engineer and consultant in the Anti-Friction Bearings and Standard Parts Kombinat state-owned group of companies in the fields of IT and CAD. In 1990 he established the company PC-Ware GmbH (which subsequently changed its name to PC-Ware Information Technologies AG, and is now called Comparex AG), and, as Managing Director and CEO, developed the company into an international group. Since 2010 Prof. Löschke has been one of the most significant investors in Softline AG, and paved the way for a new beginning for Softline Group and its further development. Besides acting as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Leipzig University Hospital, Prof. Löschke is as also a member of the University Council of Dresden Technical University, and holds an Honorary Professorship at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences. In October 2013 Prof. Dr. Knut Löschke was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of Softline AG, and elected Chairman of the Oversight and Advisory Committee.
Andrew Morrison // Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Andrew Morrison, Global Vice President Services & Solutions at Softline International was appointed to the supervisory board of Softline AG on May 5th 2021. Morrison has been working in management positions in the IT industry for almost 25 years, with a major focus on creating and driving growth, increase revenue and expanding market relevance. Outside of the United Kingdom, he worked five years in the USA plus short-term assignments to Japan, Brazil, and India. In addition to operational leadership, he also held numerous Board roles throughout the past 10 years.
Roy Harding // Member of the Supervisory Board
Roy Harding, President at Softline International, was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Softline AG on July 01, 2021. Harding has a 30-year, successful, results-oriented and dynamic career as a business professional with extensive experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, transformation management, organizational effectiveness, sales processes, business planning, operations and strategy, and leadership development. During his career, Roy has worked in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Africa, Eastern Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Latin America, Russia, India, as well as Japan.
