Security as a quality criterion

Security has been one of the top issues in the IT market for years. As IT infrastructures have become more and more complex, all areas of life have become increasingly digitalized, the number of cybercrimes has risen and, as a result, laws have become stricter, we have continually sharpened our portfolio and adapted it to meet these new challenges.

An important step in our ten-year corporate history has been to firmly establish and live Information Security in our own everyday business so that we can be a professional and trustworthy partner for our customers today and in the years to come.

When setting up an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, we were able to draw on the existing expertise of our consultants and the experience gained from numerous customer projects in the areas of risk assessment and risk management, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM), but especially on accompanied ISMS and Data Protection projects. As a result, we have created procedures and rules that serve to permanently define, manage, evaluate, maintain and continuously optimize the security of our information.

TÜV SÜD has carried out appropriate review and certification measures to ensure that our ISMS is complete, mature, applied and continuously improved. A certificate including the TÜV SÜD test mark confirms the professional level of our security measures.

We are pleased to be able to demonstrate with this certification that we are very concerned about the protection of our customers' data and that we continuously invest in Information Security. In addition to Information and IT Security, Software Asset Management, Digital Workplace as well as Cloud and Future Datacenter are an integral part of the Softline portfolio.
